LOCAL RENTER RESTRICTIONS
Florida residents receive 100 free miles per day with $.40 each additional mile. Local renters/Florida residents must show proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage. Proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. We can elect not to rent to you if you don't present the required proof of insurance coverage. $300 Deposit is required above rental amount.
GENERAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. Renter must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo driver's license. A major credit card or debit card and driver's license has to match the renter's last and first names. Renters 18 through 24 years of age, add an additional $18.00 per day surcharge. Underage surcharges will not be included in the base rate; they will be shown as additional fees on the contract at the time of the rental. A valid U.S. military identification card plus an expired driver's license for active duty U.S Military personnel in those states where active duty US military can drive on expired driver's license. Qualifications for renters from countries outside USA; Must have valid driver's license from the renter's country of origin; must have a valid passport and a valid international driver's license if the driver's license of origin is not in Roman alphabet. Renters from countries outside the United States must purchase CDW (collision damage waiver) and SLI (supplemental Liability Insurance). All additional authorized drivers must be present at the time of the rental to sign the rental agreement. Each additional authorized operator fee is $ 7.99 per day. For disabled renters who can prove disability by providing a disability card, and are accompanied by an authorized driver, the additional driver fee will be waived. Reservations may not be altered at the time of rental.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations are automatically cancelled after 2 hours of expected arrival time. $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours prior to pick-up time to avoid a $50 Cancellation/ no show fee.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD, DINER'S CLUB and DISCOVER. We also accept cash, check cards with Visa or MasterCard Logo, and personal checks. When using debit cards, Pre-paid cards, gift cards with Visa or MasterCard Logo, cash or personal checks, purchase of CDW (Collision damage Waiver) is required with proof of liability insurance; plus $100 deposit. CDW is optional when a major credit card is used for your rental; Only One Major credit card can be used with no combination of other credit cards or any forms of payment. The amount held from your major credit card will be the estimated amount of the rental plus $300 deposit. If you accept our coverage (Collision damage Waiver) CDW, your credit card will be authorized for the amount of the rental plus $100 deposit only.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
CDW is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If the renter accepts CDW, Value car rental waives or reduces the renter’s responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle excluding (deductibles). The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire theft vandalism flood hail or acts of god. In addition there are other exclusions from collision damage waiver. Please read the back of the value car rental agreement for a complete list of exclusions. CDW-$18.99/day from economy to full sized cars. CDW-$22.99/day for all other vehicle classes
SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
You can purchase supplemental liability insurance (SLI) at $12.99/day. If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much as $1 million combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply. Ask for a copy of an SLI brochure at the rental counter.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERAGE
PAC: $5.99/day
PAC provides certain life and medical benefits in the event of an accidental death and/or injury that occurs during the rental. PAC coverage extends to the customer for the duration of the rental and to all passengers while occupying the car.
