SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Value Car Rental services the Orlando Airport. For immediate pick-up, please make sure you have all of your luggage in hand and then call us from any courtesy phone ext:463 or directly from your cell phone at 407-574-3004. Our complimentary shuttle will pick you up on Level One within fifteen minutes and transport you to our office located only two miles from the airport. Please know which side of the airport you are on ("A" or "B" side) so that we may let you know exactly where the shuttle will meet you. Value Car Rental offers free shuttle service for pick up and drop-offs to/from Orlando International Airport, hotels, businesses or residences. (Geographic restrictions may apply). AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Renter must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo driver's license. A major credit card or debit card and driver's license has to match the renter's last and first names.
Renters 18 through 24 years of age, add an additional $18.00 per day surcharge.
Underage surcharges will not be included in the base rate; they will be shown as additional fees on the contract at the time of the rental.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
We accept the following credit cards: AMEX , VISA , MASTER CARD , DINER'S CLUB and DISCOVER.
We also accept personal accounts: Debit/check cards with Visa® or Master Card® Logo.
When using Prepaid debit cards, gift card ,with Visa® or MasterCard® Logo, A Purchase of CDW is required with proof of bodily injury and liability insurance
We accept Third Party Credit Cards or company credit cards with authorized letter and faxed signature from the credit card holder . Purchase of CDW is required.
Cash / Travelers checks / Pay pal / Wire transfer / Western union / Money gram® . Purchase of CDW is required.
CREDIT CARD HOLDS:
CDW is optional when a major credit card is used for your rental; Only One Major credit card can be used with no combination of other credit cards or any forms of payment. The amount held from your major credit card will be the estimated amount of the rental plus $300 deposit. If you accept our coverage of CDW, your credit card will be authorized the amount of the rental plus $100 deposit only.
Debit cards are accepted from all renters; eligible debits cards must have the Visa, MasterCard, Or Discover logo. And must purchase CDW + $100 deposit.
Stored Value / Prepaid/Gift cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo will be handled like cash rentals; Renter must purchase CDW + $100 deposit.
Any returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee surcharge.
Rental must be in reservation name. Reservation name may not be altered at the time of rental.
DRIVER'S LICENSE:
All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements → have a valid drivers license, clean driving record.
A valid U.S . military identification card plus an expired driver's license for active duty U.S Military personnel in those states where active duty US military can drive on expired driver's license.
Qualifications for renters from countries outside USA → must have valid driver's license from the renter's country of origin. Must have a valid passport must have a valid international driver's license , if the driver's license of origin is not in roman alphabet.
Renters from countries outside the United States must purchase collision damage waiver ‐ CDW.
All additional authorized drivers must be present at the time of the rental to sign the rental agreement. and all drivers must present a valid driver's license.
Each additional authorized operator fee is $ 7.99 per day.
EXCEPTIONS:
For disabled renters who can prove disability by providing a disability card, and are accompanied by an authorized driver, the additional driver fee will be waived.
REFUELING CHARGES:
Option 1: You can pay in advance for a full tank of fuel at a lower price then local gas stations and bring the vehicle back empty. There will be no refund for unused fuel. This option must be selected at time of the rental.
Option 2: Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full or Value Car Rental can refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon.
CANCELLATIONS & HOLD POLICY:
Reservations are automatically canceled after 1 hour of expected arrival time and $50 cancellation fee will apply.
To hold a reservation for the same day, the customer must call Value Car Rental before the reserved pick-up time to inform them of any delays.
If you no longer need to rent a vehicle from Value Car Rental and wish to cancel the reservation, please call us at least 48 hours before the date and time of your reserved pick-up time, in order to avoid a $50 Cancellation or no show fee.
LOCAL RENTERS
Florida residents receive 100 free miles per day with $.40 each additional mile.
Vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. Local renters/Florida residents must show proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage. Proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. We can elect not to rent to you if you don't present the required proof of insurance coverage. $300 Deposit is required above rental amount.
GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTONS
All non-floridian renters will receive unlimited mileage.
Use of the vehicle is restricted to the state of Florida.
Violation of the restriction will result in a mileage charge of $.40 per mile for each mile driven during the duration of your rental.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
CDW offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If the renter accepts CDW, Value car rental waives or reduces the renters responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle excluding (deductibles). The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. We will not waive our right to collect for comprehensive losses such as fire theft vandalism flood hail or acts of god. In addition there are other exclusions from collision damage waiver. Please read the back of the value car rental agreement for a complete list of exclusions. Renters from countries outside the united states must purchase CDW.
CDW-$18.99/day from economy to full sized cars. CDW-$22.99/day for all other vehicle classes.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Liability insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself. It does not cover you or the rented vehicle. Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the state whose laws apply to the loss. This can be as low as ten thousand dollars. If an accident occurs, either your personal auto insurance or Value Car Rental liability insurance or both of them will pay the claim depending on which state(s) laws apply.
- LOCAL RENTERS
Local renters/Florida residents must show proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage. Proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. We can elect not to rent to you if you do not present the required proof of insurance coverage.
- SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
You can purchase supplemental liability insurance (SLI) at $12.99/day. If you do, your liability coverage increases to as much as $1 million combined single limit for each accident. This coverage greatly expands your liability protection perhaps even beyond your own personal auto policy. Restrictions apply. Ask for a copy of an SLI brochure at the rental counter.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERAGE
PAC: $5.99/day
PAC provides certain life and medical benefits in the event of an accidental death and/or injury that occurs during the rental. PAC coverage extends to the customer for the duration of the rental and to all passengers while occupying the car.
